These gatherings are a gentle space for new mums to connect, for babies to play, and for everyone to feel supported in the beautiful, sometimes challenging journey of early motherhood.
Each circle is a mix of connection, learning, and calm — where we share experiences, support one another, and explore topics around:

Night Wakings by Time: Causes & Responsive Solutions
Night wakings can feel confusing and exhausting — especially when they happen at different times of the night and nothing seems consistent.
In this live, science-backed online workshop, you’ll learn how the timing of your baby’s night wakings offers important clues about what’s really going on beneath the surface — and how to respond in a gentle, responsive way, without cry-it-out.
Designed for parents of babies ~5–18 months, this workshop will help you understand the most common causes of:

We’ll explore how wake windows, sleep pressure, daytime sleep, hunger, settling methods, and the sleep environment shape night sleep — and how small, realistic adjustments can support longer stretches of rest for your baby and more sleep for you.
